• When will my order be sent?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our 2 execution centers, where your item will be posted within 2 business days.

• What are the delivery times?

Our production facilities are located in various countries of the world, we strive to find solutions to reduce delivery times that are usually 8 to 25 days from the date of shipment.

However, we guarantee that your My Clean Paws™  products will arrive at your home and that for free!

It is possible that the delays are longer during periods of promotions and affluence. We do in these rare situations all we can to deliver you as quickly as possible.

If your order includes several articles, these can be delivered in several times, in order to always offer you the best prices.

• Do you ship internationally?

Cat Hunt successfully delivers many parcels every day worldwide. Our customers are everywhere in the world.

• How to order?

Simply choose your product, add the chosen product in your cart by pressing "Add to Cart", then once your item added, go to your cart on the icon at the top right and click on "Check Out". All you have to do is follow the instructions on your screen and your order will be fast, easy and 100% secure.

Our teams will then prepare your order as soon as possible and we will send you a confirmation email when your package is on the way!

• Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery if the product is still in the condition in which you received it, and we guarantee the refund of your order in case of defective product. For this contact us simply at support@cathunt.com and our service teams will help you.
